The proposed carparking and bicycle parking provisions are satisfactorily in accordance with Sections 2.3 and 2.7 in Ryde Development Control Plan 2014 and will adequately accommodate the demand for car and bicycle parking generated by the development. 4. The proposed development is consistent with the character of surrounding developments and streetscape, and will not have any adverse environmental impacts on surrounding properties.
